If you have lost or forgotten the password for your domain, simply visit the Management section of the website, located at:

https://www.webcity.com.au/secure/domains/man.cgi

Type your domain into the lower input box on the site and click the Get Password option. This will email the domain password to the registered contact email address.

The domain password can only be sent to the domain registrant email contact. If you no longer have access to the  registrant email address we will need to update the email address and have the password re-issued to the new address.

Download the template below (under attachment) to make this change. Dont forget to include the signed letter of request on business letterhead with the below form.
