You can view them using a URL that looks like:

http://servername.webcity.com.au/~username

For example, if your username is "mod4423" then you should put into your browser:

http://servername.webcity.com.au/~mod4423

Unfortunately, there is no way to tell what server you hosted on, so you will need to call support and tell them your domain name. They will be able to give you the appropriate servername.
