There are two ways you can do this:

  • Send a signed fax request into 02 9715 3244
  • Email accounts@webcity.com.au with your account details and a request to upgrade to a higher professional plan.

It is not possible to downgrade your account.

Please note that it is not possible to upgrade from a basics account to a professional account.

Hosting Basics accounts are on a differemt server and use a different system to the Professional Hosting packages. You can therefore not easily transfer from one to the other.

If you wish to 'upgrade' to a Professional Hosting package, you must place an order for it through our web site, then upload your site again, and then notify us to close your old Hosting Basics account.

No refunds or credits are applicable, unless you request the change within 30 days of your initial signup.
