| Which folder should I upload files to? |

You should upload your files into the /public_html directory. If you place your files anywhere else, they will not be shown. You can find tutorials on uploading your website here:
http://www.webcity.com.au/video_tutorials.php
Make sure that you delete or overwrite the default.html file that is already in there, otherwise you will continue to see the Webcity template instead of your website.
