A dynamic dns service allows you to run your own web server at home on your own PC. If you have a dial-up connection, DSL line, or cable modem, then your IP address keeps changing every time you connect. A dynamic dns service will constantly update your dns details to match your IP address. Webcity do not provide such a service.
