The FTP Hostname will be ftp.yourdomain.com.au (once the domain name has propagated through the global dns system. This may take up to 48 hours after registering your domain) . The username and password were emailed to you after you registered the hosting account.
Within the first 48 hours (or until the the domain name has propagated through the global dns system) you can use basic.webcity.com.au and for non-Hosting Basics plans use ftp.webcity.com.au
