Go to https://www.webcity.com.au/secure/domains/man.cgi and at the bottom of that page is a password retrieval tool. Note that the password will only be sent to the registrant/admin contact.
If you need to have it sent to another email, you will first need to fax us a letter on company letterhead asking ot have the admin contacts changed.
