I've forgotten the domain password and the registered E-mail address is incorrect. What can I do?

The domain password can only be sent to the domain registrant email contact. If you no longer have access to the registrant email address we will need to update the email address and have the password re-issued to the new address.

If you no longer have access to the admin contact email address, please download and complete a form and fax it to (02) 9891 3277.
