You will need email forwarding enabled in order to use spam filtering. First log into your domain at the Webcity management page and click on "email forwarding". If you have already purchased email forwarding with spam/virus filtering then scroll to the bottom of the page and you can enter the email address for spam to be redirected to. Note that you will need to send the spam to a separate mailbox.
