Can I receive multiple credits if a customer signs up for more than one account?
There is a limit of one referral credit per customer, regardless of how much they buy or how many times they buy, i.e. one credit per IP address. You do not get paid for any further purchases made by the customer that you referred to us.
Can I sign up for a customers hosting and still receive a credit
No, our system will only credit your account if the hosting account is signed up from the clients IP address.
How do I receive my payout?
Payouts can be made by PayPal, Cheque or Direct Deposit
How do you earn commissions on your affiliate account?
Once you sign up for an affiliate account, our system will generate an email which will contain a link. This will be the link which you need your customers to sign up on in order for the commission to appear as 'pending' in your affiliate account.
How often are affiliate commissions paid out?
Payouts are processed once a month. You must have a balance of at least $140 before you receive a payment.
When are purchases credited to my affiliate account?
A referral becomes valid and is credited to your account 60 days after we receive payment for it. If an account is canceled for any reason within the first 12 months, your referral credit will be reversed.
